Welcome to our lovely home away from home in Sandringham, a great holiday rental nestled in the heart of this charming suburb. This property oozes comfort and is ideal for families or a small group of friends, accommodating up to 5 guests.
The home offers three inviting bedrooms. Each room is tastefully decorated and furnished to cater to all your comfort needs. The first room is equipped with a queen-size bed and ensuite while the second bedroom has a single bed and third room presents two comfortable king-single beds. The home features two bathrooms, one of which is a private ensuite, adding a dash of luxury to your stay. Hydronic heating throughout and reverse cycle air condittioning to kitchen, living area and study.

Bedroom 1: Queen bed (with ensuite)
Bedroom2: Single bed
Bedroom 3: 2 x King single beds
Double garage available for guests use.
This suburban spot guarantees comfort and accessibility with its charming layout and nearby attractions. Just a short distance away, you'll find vibrant cafes, charming boutiques, and beautiful Sandringham beach. The kids will never want to leave with the abundance of parks and beautiful beach areas around.
Offering a unique blend of convenience and elegance in a serene suburban setting. You won't just be visiting Sandringham, you'll be part of the vibrant local lifestyle.
We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
Well behaved pet allowed with prior arrangement. This will need to be confirmed prior to booking please.
Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.
Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones
