The hotel was beautifully appointed as you would expect with a Sheraton. The beds are the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in. Breakfast was lovely, dinner in the restaurant was delightful, but room service was below par - the offerings are limited and there seemed to be an issue with our order that took a very long time to fix. Perhaps a few more coffee pods too, for those of us who like more than 1 coffee a day...

Beautiful for a One Nighter. If you are headed to the Musicals this is a perfect stay... So near either Princess or Her Majesty's theatre. Wonderful brekky spread and friendly service all the way through.

We thought the main restaurant at breakfast was NOWHERE NEAR what we would expect at a Sheraton. Perhaps 1 to 2* level. Looked like the staff just rolled up out of bed without any thought of how they should look. Both the make and female staff were mostly ungroomed in appearance. We ordered boiled eggs for one of us and an omelette for myself. The presentation was zero.
