A desirable seaside escape located within minutes of breathtaking scenery and the coastline of Rye beach.

A well-appointed kitchen (with 900mm oven) is underscored by beautiful coastal flooring and gas fireplace, bringing a sense of calm and unity for the whole family, before spilling outwards to a huge covered deck with TV, ceiling fan and pizza oven – perfect setting for indoor-outdoor entertaining.
