Lovely new boutique accommodation so close to everything. Rooms were beautifully appointed. Only negative was despite requesting a late check out we got a phone call from housekeeping wanting to know when we were leaving just after the 10am check out.

Property is very well situated, shops, trams, restaurants all very close & easy walk. Staff very good to deal with. Rooms clean & tidy & well equipped. We had an issue with the air con in our first room & staff handled well but were unable to fix & luckily we could change room. That room fine but an issue with TV & again staff couldn’t fix. Both needed someone off site to come in next day & sort. Can understand that for air con but not a TV. Staff very good but management need to equip them to sort these issues on site when problem occurs not the next day
