With ducted heating and cooling, you’ll be comfortable no matter the season.
Accommodating up to 7 guests across three well-appointed bedrooms:
Master Bedroom – King bed (with ensuite and walk in robe)
Bedroom 2 – Queen bed
Bedroom 3 – Double bed + Single bed
There are 2.5 bathrooms, including a main bathroom with both a bathtub and shower, an ensuite off the master bedroom, and a convenient powder room downstairs. For those needing to work remotely, there is a dedicated work-from-home space with high-speed Wi-Fi. Guests also have access to laundry facilities, including a washing machine and dryer.
Step outside to enjoy the private outdoor area, complete with a gas BBQ, perfect for alfresco dining. Parking is available with one space in the driveway and additional free on-street parking (please note, the garage is not accessible to guests).

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
Well behaved pet allowed with prior arrangement. This will need to be confirmed prior to booking please.
Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.
Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones
