For the price point, the conditions and location of this apartment was okay. It was in easy walking distance to trams/trains. Lots of great Korean restaurants/eateries in the area. We noticed the property had some maintenance issues such as black mould in the grouting of the shower. The tap in the bathroom dripped. The start button for the dishwasher was missing. There was mould in the end bedroom. The blinds were filthy and the window leaked. The carpets were also filthy and need a good steam clean. There was only one set of keys provided which was inconvenient but we managed.
