Welcome to "Tranquil Treehouse", a spacious light-filled loft apartment located by the river in the charming neighbourhood of Fairfield, Melbourne. This space is conveniently located with the ideal mix of urban and nature.
The space is thoughtfully furnished with a comfortable queen bed, a single bed/ a three-seater couch, an ensuite and bathroom kitchenette. The loft's vintage decor, privacy and cozy atmosphere will make you feel at home.
As a guest at Tranquil Treehouse, you’ll enjoy a private loft with a queen bed, single bed, ensuite, cozy lounge, and basic kitchenette (fridge, microwave, toaster, sandwich press, and kettle – no stove or oven). Located on a quiet street in Fairfield, it’s a short walk to cafes, shops, the Fairfield Boathouse, parks, and the Yarra River. The train station is nearby, offering direct access to Melbourne’s city centre. We aim to provide a relaxed, comfortable stay and look forward to welcoming you.
Guests have private access to the open-plan loft apartment, Entry is via a private external staircase. The space is self-contained and entirely separate from the main home. One off-street car park is included.
This is a self-check-in property. I don’t live on site, but I’m available via the Airbnb app to assist with any questions or issues. I’m happy to help remotely throughout your stay.
Airbnb House Rules
For the comfort and safety of our guests and the longevity of our property, we kindly ask all guests to adhere to the following house rules during their stay:
1. No Smoking/Vaping: Please refrain from smoking or vaping inside the premises.
2. Direct Bookings: Only book on someone else's behalf if you are also staying at the property.
3. Language & Communication: All guests must be able to communicate in English and access the Airbnb app, especially on the day of check-in for instructions.
4. Key Safe & Replacement Key Charges: Ensure the first-time entry keys are returned to the key safe upon check-in. Your everyday entry keys are in the room door following your initial entry. Please return the keys from the entry safe back to the safe. Any missing keys will be an additional $80 charge.
5. No Additional Guests: Please do not invite any guests other than those registered. Inform us if there are changes to your guest list.
6. Noise & Nightly Activities: Kindly maintain low noise levels and avoid cooking and showering between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m.
7. Shoes Off: For cleanliness, please remove your shoes inside the house.
8. Food in Common Areas Only: Do not keep food in the bedroom to avoid pests.
9. Kitchen Courtesy: Please clean the kitchen after use, including washing dishes and wiping counters.
10. Furniture: Refrain from moving any furniture around the premises.
11. Towel Etiquette: Please keep towels hanging on provided racks unless unused.
12. Bathroom Care: Ensure the bathroom floors do not flood during use.
13. Security: Always close and lock all windows and doors when you exit.
14. Eco-Friendly Reminder: Turn off all lights, appliances, and heating units when not in use. Please use only the efficient heaters we've supplied. There is a $30 per day fee for any heaters left on while not in the home.
15. No Open Flames: Avoid burning candles or using open flames in the room.
16. Illegal Substances: Do not bring or use illicit substances on our property.
17. Respect & Care: Treat our property with care, as if it were your own or even better.
