Didn't feel as luxurious in person as it does in the photos and marketing. The loft apartment isn't - it's merely a two-story apartment on the lowest floor, contrary to the actual meaning of the word "loft" ('a room or space directly under the roof of a house or other building'). So the view was mostly of the road and a couple of median strip trees, and the road noise was substantial. There was supposed to be a bottle of wine on arrival, but there was not. No room upgrade was offered despite there appearing to be plenty of vacancy. The apartment itself was decent - spacious for the most part, and well-arranged. The facilities were mostly good, though the washer/dryer is a combo Samsung unit which takes five hours to run a basic clean & dry cycle, takes only a half-size load, and can't actually dry thicker materials like jeans. So we ended up having to drape clothes over railings and chairs. The main bathroom had soap & lotion dispensers at the sink but none in the shower (just the old-fashioned, wasteful single-use tiny plastic bottles). The parking was a couple of minutes walk away in an unpleasantly cramped garage - many spots are only accessible to tiny, low cars. There were no working electric car chargers in the parking lot. With city traffic it was a fifteen minute exercise to park or fetch the car. The buffet breakfast was decent overall - a reasonable range of cooked and continental options, but many of the cereals were in wasteful tiny-portion packaging.

Room & bed are clean and comfy. Staff are very helpful and polite. Offsite parking is only a couple hundred metres of walking. Location is right in the middle of CBD.

I take one week every quarter to hole up in a nice hotel in a suite to get a ton of work done (I'm the CEO of my own company). Treasury on Collin was *perfect* for this: high speed internet irrespective of time of day. Suite was spacious and comfortable, with bath, laundry and kitchenette. Room was quiet. Access to good quality food nearby, as well as shows / entertainment. I will absolutely be back and would not hesitate to recommend staying here.
