I love the spacious rooms with separate lounge area. The bed is large and comfortable and the breakfast above average. The building is a beautiful historic building in a great location within walking distance to the city and tram stops just up the road. The staff are always friendly and the rooms spotlessly clean. They also supply Molton Brown toiletries which are that little bit special. My favourite place to stay in Melbourne.

we stayed twice total of 7 nights in the hotel. Kit at the check-in desk is really knowledgeable and helpful. He showed us where to park with lots of details. When we got back after parking he already send our luggage to our room. Since we checked in around 8pm, way passed the afternoon wine time, he told us we could come to bar anytime that night and he would help us with the wine.
