The home can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests within 3 oversized queen bedrooms and a private study which also converts to a fourth double bedroom. The bedrooms are all tucked away from street and traffic noise, so you’ll sleep soundly whichever room you claim. There is a fully appointed kitchen and dining area opening to a secluded outdoor courtyard on the ground floor, and a spacious loungeroom, modern bathroom and separate laundry WC on the second floor.

Getting Around:
Adderley is located in a tiny pocket of central Melbourne that’s just hitting her straps! It still feels a world away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but step outside and you're on the doorstep of the inner city’s liveliest restaurants, bars, shopping strips, entertainment zones and business districts. It's also directly serviced by three train stations and several tram routes. Just a 10 minute walk along Spencer street you will find Melbourne’s main rail hub and Skybus airport connection at Southern Cross Train Station.

Errol and Queensberry Streets are your local neighbourhood strips where you’ll find amazing coffee, vintage shops, cafes, bakeries, supermarkets, post office, library and all your day to day needs.
