We didn't actually use the gym or the pool but the room was nice and clean. The staff though is not very nice or friendly. Seemed like every interaction we had with them was a huge inconvenience to them - as guests it felt very unprofessional and off putting. Our room was given to us with an empty conditioner bottle which took staff 30+ minutes to bring up for some reason.

New apartment but had to ask four times for another towel (housekeeping took two and left us with only one), they also have rooms that face the markets which look nice and get light, and the the rooms we got which look straight at another building and get no light.

Great hotel close to the middle of the city. Within free tram zone, close to Markets and numerous coffee shops. Room was clean and comfortable. Small amount of traffic noise at night as expected for a inner city hotel.

Great location, friendly staff

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location and ideal for a short or longer term stay in the suites which have a kitchenette. There are laundry facilities as well. Special thanks to the staff who were very supportive when I stayed for my mum's funeral.
