The room was excellent for our two night stay, very spacious, and the view over the city skyline and was spectacular. The room attendant forgot to service the room on our second day, luckily we weren’t too fussed about that, and we were able to get tea/coffee supplies from Reception. The very large up to date TV system was a bit beyond our capabilities, but younger guests would have no trouble navigating all its options.

Room was clean. The bench/table in front of mirror near wardrobe was broken. Was trying to put on makeup but things kept falling off. We were told that the room would be ready in half an hour but it wasn’t. We ending up asking if it was ready after an hour. We asked at reception where the pavilion was and was given lousy directions so we were unable to find the place. We had to catch a taxi because we had no idea where it was. Annoyed that it was only 3 minutes away which included waiting at the airport traffic lights. Hopefully they will give better instructions next time.

I have stayed here a number of times now. I mostly like it’s central location on the main tram routes: CBD / St Kilda - Prahran are all relatively close by. The accomodation is a great standard for the price and the staff are very welcoming and professional.
