Family stay

The apartment was good, very clean and comfortable. The check in was a bit confusing and we were only given one key between four adults.

Great location. Central to transport and city. Apartment tidy and clean. Maybe some paintwork touch-ups required where past tenants have marked walls over time. Overall would recommend for a city break stay

The check in process was not ideal. There is no assistance we arrived late into Melbourne and finding the key and access was difficult. Key collection is on a different street and the apartment is on a different street. The car park was not easy to find it was situated on a seperate building. We ended up paying for parking as it was late and instructions were not clear and the children were tired. The wind noise is loud in one of the bedrooms. The apartment /pool facilities and the views are well worth it. They really need to improve the check in process and have assistance at the apartment itself and greet their clients to make the process easier.
