We live 3 people, one double bed and one single bed and only one table lights. I have to use sleep apnea machine therefore that only table light PowerPoint is used. Also the cooker is not working (a few hours for cooking about 100 ml water can not be accepted. And the heater doesn’t work properly 2 stars is over whole.

Good Price, Poor Room Quality

The price is indeed relatively inexpensive. I stayed in Room 515, where the wooden floor creaked loudly whenever I walked on it. At night, even just getting into bed or turning over would cause noise. The air conditioner was so old that it constantly blew out unpleasant black dust. The location is in the city center, but in reality, what you need is accommodation closer to the train station, rather than here

The hotel is next to one of Melbourne's eatery filled laneways and close to the centre of town. My room was clean and tidy. Only real downside was that there was no soundproofing the street noise. That said, many of Melbourne's cheap hotels do not have that, so it is not unique to this hotel.

The bed was comfortable enough and the room was spacious for the price. The shower in my room only heated to lukewarm temperature, and the fall in the shower isn't steep enough to prevent water leaving the shower area. Hand soap dispenser was placed so that I had to reach across the toilet to access which isn't ideal. Noise in the hallway is very audible
