The holiday home is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning in the bedrooms, washing machine, hair-dryer, electric oven and tv. Pets are allowed.

holiday home is ideal for a lovely holiday in one of the most famous
tourist destinations in Salento. The apartment is introduced by a gate
that opens into the parking area.
The basic holiady home has a small porch on the raised ground floor with outdoor dining area. The large glass doors open into the dining room with kitchenette, tv, fireplace and storage room with laundry area.
The sleeping area consists of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms: a double bedroom and a four-bed room with double bed and two twin-sized bed. Moreover, there is a full bathroom.

The holiday home for 6 guests is 1 kilometer away from the bay of Torre dell`Orso, seaside location near Melendugno awarded with the prestigious Blue Flag. It`s near the city centre with its town services.
Melendugno
and Borgagne are a short drive away. The holiday home is also close
other worth-visiting locations such as Roca with the Grotta della
Poesia, Torre Sant`Andrea, San Foca, Otranto and the Alimini lakes.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in via Padova n 1  - San Foca (at the Agency UnMetroDaMare ).
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Double bedroom has no window and separates the living room from the other bedroom.

This apartment offers its guests a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
