Nomet House is a 5-bed vacation apartment in Torre dell`Orso for rent for relaxing vacations on the Adriatic coast of Salento.
The house is on the second floor of a building less than 300 meters from the beach and is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, microwave, washing machine and TV and mosquito nets. Pets are allowed.

The simple and essential apartment is located next to other vacation homes, from which it is completely autonomous and independent. In common between the vacation homes there is only the access staircase.
The three-room apartment Nomet House consists of: living room with open kitchen, dining room and sofa, 1 double bedroom and 1 triple bedroom with bunk beds + single. Completing the house is 1 full shower room and a furnished balcony.
Air conditioning is located in the living room and also cools the sleeping area.

Nomet House is located in the center of Torre dell`Orso, a lively Salento seaside resort along the Adriatic coast. Only 100 meters from the house are all the main services.
The beautiful village beach with its pine forest and the legendary "two sisters" are also within walking distance, being just 300 meters away.
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in via Padova n 1  - San Foca (at the Agency UnMetroDaMare )
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the living room.

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
