La casa è così composta: -soggiorno con cucina completamente accessoriata, TV a schermo piatto; -bagno accessoriato (box doccia e asciugacapelli); -1 camera da letto matrimoniale (più 1 letto singolo su richiesta); -comoda terrazza esterna attrezzata con tavolo e sedie da giardino dove trascorrere del tempo in pieno relax; -diversi punti luce per un ambiente luminoso, fresco ed arieggiato; -stendibiancheria, asse e ferro da stiro; -ARIA CONDIZIONATA, ZANZARIERE; -parcheggio sempre libero; -Animali non ammessi.
Siamo nel Salento sull'Adriatico a Torre dell’orso (Melendugno) con le spiagge dal fondale basso e sabbioso poco distanti da San Foca, Torre Sant’Andrea, Roca li Posti e Otranto. Il lungomare, il centro cittadino e la grande baia distano dall'abitazione pochi metri. A pochi passi potrete anche raggiungere la fermata del bus, un apposito servizio di trasporto extraurbano, che permette di raggiungere alcuni degli eventi estivi più importanti della Provincia di Lecce; è a vostra disposizione anche il ristorante Bakè, la Gelateria Oltregusto, il Christian Bar, il Carlito's Pub Torre Dell'orso e il Fresh Hair & Beauty.
