Carlotta`s House is a holiday home that is only 250 meters away from the sea of San Foca,
one of the most famous seaside locations on the Adriatic side of
Salento. The apartment is on the first floor of a residential complex
and it allows the guests to relax while being close to the sea and the
city centre.
The apartment is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, hair-dryer, iron and ironing board, tv, mosquito nets and parking area. It accommodates up to 4 guests. Pets are allowed.

Carlotta`s
House is introduced by a gate that opens into a paved courtyard which
can be used as parking area. The outdoor staircase takes to the equipped
balcony, furnished with table and chairs, ideal at lunch or dinner.
Carlotta`s House if basicly furnished and it opens into a living room with tv, air conditioning and dining area, a well-equipped kitchenette
with access to the balcony at the back, with washing machine. A
corridor takes to the sleeping area with a double bedroom, a twin
bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

The surroundings of Carlotta`s House in Melendugno
Carlotta`s House is by the centre of San Foca
and its tourist harbor. The seaside location is between Torre Specchia
Ruggeri and Roca Vecchia, on the Adriatic side. Its tourist harbor is
one of the most important ones between Brindisi and Otranto. The
position of the house allows the guests to easily arrive on foot at the
seafront promenade, the shopping area and the amenities.
The holiday
home is close to many beach establishments, restaurants, cafès and
pizzerias. The closest beach is Lido Li Marangi, which is less than 300
meters away. From the harbor of San Foca, it is possible to reach the Baia dei Turchi and visit the many caves on this beautiful tract of coast of the Adriatic side.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in via Padova n 1  - San Foca (at the Agency UnMetroDaMare ).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 49 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioner in the living room.
