Apartment DX is an apartment for 5 people on vacation Torre dell`Orso on the Adriatic Sea. The rental house is located on the second floor of a building less than 300 meters from the beach.
The house is equipped with air conditioning, electric oven, washing machine and TV. Pets are allowed.

The simple and essential apartment is located next to another vacation home, from which it is completely autonomous and independent. In common between the two solutions there is only the access staircase.
The three-room apartment consists of: living room with open kitchen, dining room and single sofa bed, 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom, plus 1 full bathroom with shower. Air conditioning is located in a hallway leading from the living room to the bedrooms.
Apartment DX also has a balcony with washstand, small table and chairs.

The complex in which Appartamento DX is located is in the center of Torre dell`Orso, a lively Salento seaside resort along the Adriatic coast. Only 100 meters from the house are all the main services.
The town`s beautiful beach with pine forest and the legendary "two sisters" are also within walking distance, being just 300 meters away.
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
 
Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 20 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the corridor.

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
