Bed linens and towels, unfortunately, cannot be provided. The house is not equipped with tablecloths or tea towels. But you will find in the kitchen all the utensils you need to cook and eat.

Additional amenities include air conditioning (in the living room only), a washing machine and a flat screen television. Outside on your spacious, private balcony, end a long day at the beach by sharing a delicious meal together in the fresh air or enjoying a glass of red wine while the sun sets. Due to its exceptional location, you can easily reach a variety of restaurants, bars and cafes within a short walk - the local shops and street performers of the beach promenade await you a 5-minute walk away. During the long, warm days, head to the fine sands of the beach Spiaggia Torre dell’Orso, also about a 5-minute walk from your front door.
