The center of Torre dell`Orso is less than 50 m away on foot. The locality, marina di Melendugno, is particularly lively in the summer with its historic watchtower, the beach with sand and pine forest and the legendary Two Sisters, as well as all the main services. A few km away are the other marinas of Melendugno, awarded for their clean sea, equipped beaches and tourist services. Among these there is San Foca, just 3 km away. Very close is the Grotta della Poesia, in the archaeological site on the sea of ​​Roca Vecchia.
The house is on the ground floor of a two-unit building with a single entrance on the ground floor from which the stairs lead to the upper floor, otherwise Casa La Torre is an independent apartment.
It consists of a kitchen with double sofa bed, 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin connected via a sliding door, bathroom with hydromassage shower with Mp3-USB radio function. Air conditioning in the double room only. The price of the holiday includes the consumption of water and gas. ON REQUEST:bed linen and towels (€25 for person), extra cleaning (€15.00/h per person employed), compulsory extra cleaning in case of presence of animals (€50.00 per animal).
