Imagine a genuine Breton stone longère in the Melgven countryside. With 180 m² for up to 8 guests, this home offers a vast private garden and rural peace.



A renovated former farmhouse, it keeps its stone walls, exposed beams, and Breton character, plus modern comforts: Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, and a laundry room.



The large, lush garden is private and not overlooked. Enjoy a terrace with outdoor seating, table for 8, and barbecue. Children can play while you relax, and summer evenings are perfect for grilling. Your dog is welcome to roam freely.



On the ground floor: modern kitchen with oven, microwave, cooktop, coffee machine, and essentials. The dining area with wood stove creates a cozy atmosphere. The bright living room offers a TV and Wi-Fi. There’s a pantry with large fridge, separate WC, and laundry with washer and dryer.



Upstairs, four bedrooms:

- One with double bed and baby cot
