A fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, induction hob, toaster, coffee maker, soup blender, cutlery and dishes, pots and pans, and cooking utensils), living room, coffee table, TV, TV stand, table with 8 chairs.
Entrance to the living room, very bright. On the ground floor, a master bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), two bedside tables, a shelf, and a private bathroom (sink, mirror, shower, under-sink storage and a column, heated towel rail, and hairdryer).
Also on the ground floor, there is a utility room with a water heater, electric meter, washing machine, and storage.
The wall-hung toilet is adjacent to the room and separated by a sliding door.
The living room has an oak staircase leading to the upper floor:
A first bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200 cm), two bedside tables, linen storage, and a coat rack.
A bathroom with a shower, a vanity unit, heated towel rail, mirror, and toilet.
A mezzanine with a 140cm wide sofa bed.
A second bedroom with two single beds (two 80cm x 200cm beds, which can be combined to create a queen-size bed), two bedside tables, and a chest of drawers.
