This 3 bedroom apartment is simple but nicely furnished. It comprises a combined living/dining and kitchenette, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. (Maximum sleeping capacity 6) It has a pleasant front terrace enjoying beautiful views of Mellieha church and Ghadira Bay. Ideally located, 5 minutes drive to the most popular beach of Malta and close to shops and bus stops. This is a very spacious and comfortable apartment which includes a washing machine, coin operated Air conditioning units in bedrooms, fans & cable TV. Windows have fly screens. We own more than 2 apartments, so feel free to email me and ask for alternative accommodation, should you find the dates you require unavailable. Stephanie was an amazing host! The check-in/check-out process went super smooth, since she lives just across from the apartment. She was also very welcoming and accommodating towards our family.The pictures don't lie - the view is superb, and we've enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine just to soak it all in. The apartment had everything we needed, and we had a great stay in Mellieha overall!

Large apartment, great location, lovely host: excellent value for money

Stephanie was a fantastic host and went out of her way to ensure I had a great stay in Mellieha. The apartment is really big with a balcony overlooking the church and village, and with a beautiful view of the sunset over the sea. I didn’t use the oven and hob, but there is ample cooking space, a large fridge and dining table as well as dining space outside on the balcony, so good for self catering. There are also a couple of supermarkets in walking distance. Stephanie was very quick to answer all of my questions, giving me tips on the local area, allowing me to store my luggage and even changing the bedding due to some initial feedback. The apartment is in a quiet area, so sleeping with the windows open isn’t an issue in terms of noise from outside. The decor and bathroom etc. are basic but that wasn’t a problem for me - the size, location, lovely host and great price more than made up for this. I’d recommend the apartment and would happily stay again. Thanks!

A great Holiday

Everything was good except for some few things which I believe Stephenie can improve upon. For instance, the bed and the bedspreads, the toilets flushing system and the towels. She has a lovely personality and gave us a warm welcome.

There was everything we needed. The apartment was spotlessly clean. The furniture was a little dated but serviceable. The apartment has fantastic views and was in an ideal location for our needs. Lovely apartment with beautiful views

We stayed in this apartment for 2 weeks and had a fantastic time. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It is well located, a short walk from the beautiful old village and not too far from the beach. We hired a car and visited lots of places easily from here. There seemed to be a good bus service though and lots of people using it. Very handy for the ferry to Gozo. The view is stunning. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony every day for breakfast and again in the evening to watch the sunset and the beautiful lights on the church. Stephanie was very welcoming and friendly. We loved Malta and hope to come back again. We would recommend this apartment and area of Malta to anyone.

We had a great time. The apartment was very comfortable with lovely views over the Mellieha Bay, Gozo and Comino. The beach at Mellieha Bay is lovely and it is easy to get round the island by bus, though I might consider car hire for the more out of the way places in future.

Fantastic apartment with amazing views!!!

The apartment was fantastic, very clean and extremely spacious, 3 of us stayed here, me and my husband and our 18 year old daughter but can easily have 6 -8 people stay here and still not feel cramped and the view is absolutely amazing. As this is one if the highest apartments in Mellieha it has a great panaromic view of the town, beach and other Islands. Stephanie the host even left a few food essentials to start us off too. The beach is quite a distance away, 112 steps down to where you can either catch a bus or a 15-20 minute stroll to the beach. We walked every day as it is quite pleasant and the beach is lovely, very sandy and the water is clear, warm and quite shallow for quite a way out before getting deeper so perfect if you have young children. Admittedly we did catch the bus back every day to the town and then climbed the stairs back to the apartment. Stephanie the host is lovely, very welcoming and we had great communication before the holiday and during our stay. I would highly recommend staying here 🤗

Great value for money with beautiful views!

The property was very clean, spacious and light. It was also in walking distance from several bars and restaurants. Stephanie is always on hand if required and she had kindly left some basic food supplies for us on arrival. Great base for visiting Mellieha!

Nice apartment convenient for Gozo ferry

Short trip to Malta in March. Nice enough apartment. Best thing about it was the great view (as in the picture on the website). Most usual things provided in the kitchen although not everything eg mugs / cutlery was actually clean so we had to wash a few things before using. Main criticism has to be that despite the weather being nice the inside of the apartment was extremely cold. There was an option to pay for the use of a gas heater but I think that was a bit unfair given the internal temperature of the place. Heating should have bee provided when it was so cold. Has to wear our coats indoors!

Blown Away by the View

We wanted a sea view and we got it in spades. We were welcomed by Stephanie and found the apartment clean and fully functional, including the washing machine which we used almost immediately. The apartment is an easy walk from the bus stop and within walking distance from a range of bars and restaurants. The beach is a little further but can easily be reached a couple of bus stops down the hill. We enjoyed our sundowners on the balcony, listening to the church bells and watching the sun disappear.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was close to the restaurants and had a beautiful view of the bay and on to Gozo, and of the sunsets. The apartments were in a quiet location and Mellieha was a perfect base for us to enjoy Malta without the crazy crowds of Sliema

A really nice apartment, clean and spacious with an excellent view of Mellieha Bay. We loved eating breakfast on the balcony and ending the day looking out on the night time view. Stephanie is a brilliant host. She met us on arrival, (even though it was 11 o'clock at night) provided complimentary tea coffee bread etc, and gave us a brief introduction the apartment. The apartment is really well kitted out, right down to pegs for the clothes airer and information regarding local police etc. We would very happily book it again.

A very clean and spacious apartment with a beautiful view

We were met by Stephanie on our arrival who made us most welcome, even to providing some essentials such as tea, coffee, milk bread and butter. All this was very welcome as we arrived on a holiday for the island. Our apartment was very very nice, very clean and spacious. The views are stunning from the balcony. We were there for our Son's wedding, Stephanie could not have been more helpful to ensure we got to the wedding venue on time. As a person Stephanie is a lovely lady and made us feel at home. We will certainly be returning as we had a wonderful stay. We would fully recommend staying here.

Impressive view - Very sufficient flat.

Lovely stay in Mellieha from april 16th to 23rd 2016 We were impressed by the fantastic view from the flat - and from the various viewingpoints in the Mellieha area. It was wonderfull to experience the city of Mellieha, which is NOT at typical "Tourist" location, so the evenings were nice and quiet. The flat was very nice and practical, and would fit nicely to a family with children. The landlady, Stephanie Tedesco, was extremely well serviceminded, nice and kind. A wonderful Christmas time...

We came for Christmas and had an amazing time. The apartment was great, the views beautiful and Stephanie couldn't have been more helpful. Mellieha is quiet but with plenty of restaurants, shops and all the things you'd need for a family holiday. We even had a picnic on Christmas day in the sunshine. Thanks so much Stephanie. The apartment is spacious and well located. Many attractions can be easily reached by car, and there is plenty of parking available. The view is phenomenal. It is fully equipped and offers everything you need, although some of the furniture is a bit dated. It’s a bit unusual that the air conditioning operates via a separate coin machine, and we were told right at the beginning to be very quiet. The apartment is quite noisy and you can easily hear sounds from the neighbors. Because of this, it’s only partly suitable for families with small children, as the neighbors tend to react sensitively to noise.
