One of the cleanest places I've stayed. From the outside and all throughout the hotel, guest laundry, pool and gym. Staff was very pleasant as well.

Good place to stay.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had good options. Staff was very friendly. The only negative, and it wasn't that bad, was the low water pressure in the shower. Otherwise we would highly recommend it.

The rooms are small European stule, no coffee maker in room, shower pressure was low, La Quinta across the road has much larger rooms, the breakfast at Avid was horrible, La Quinta had a much better breakfast, although their coffee at Avid was fresh ground. I wouldn’t stay there again I would stay at the La Quinta across the street.

Hotel was conveniently located along I40. Still look like a new hotel. I really like the coffee offered in the lobby for 24 hours with different flavors of creamers. Not a very spacious room but had comfortable bed and pillows with a mini fridge. They said they serve breakfast until 10:00 a.m. but at 9:15 there was no hot food and did not plan on fixing anything. I like it and will stay again. Affordable. It’s worth it.
