Our room seemed clean, and they don't allow pets which is a must for us. Breakfast was a mess. Ran out of coffee, no cream, no tea bags, no sugar, no bowls. Eggs and sausage were cold. Couldn't find the GUEST LAUNDRY door after sorting, detergent and quarters. Although it was a listed amenity and a lobby sign for it, "It wasn't set up yet."

Exterior Entrance had caught fire, so was very vacant looking upon entry, but once inside the staff are very courteous, go above and beyond to help. Rooms are spacious & very clean. Granted it looks like its been refreshed, but housekeeping has kept it clean & welcoming.
