| Same-Day Bookings | We work hard to make our homes available for same day booking for those guests in need. With that said, we require a 2-hour processing time from the point that your pre-arrival form is completed, to process and approve it, and provide access details. We ask that guests that are booking same day refrain from arriving before completing the pre-arrival form and confirmation that their reservation has been approved for check-in.

| Locals | Due to restrictions placed on us by our landlord and as a condition pertaining to our ability to host, we are unable to accept reservations from guests local to the area (within 60 miles of the listing's city). By booking, you hereby accept and agree to this condition and that you'll be required to show proof of residency. | Long Stay Cleaning Fees | Abode reserves the right to charge an additional cleaning fee when a stay exceeds 30 days. For each 30 days increment, an additional cleaning fee will be added to the stay.

| ID/Credit Card Verification | Guests are required to digitally provide a valid government-issued ID and selfie prior to check-in. This specifically including a photo of the government identification near the face of the guest to verify possession. That identification and individual submitting it must match the name of the person making the reservation. There are no third party bookings allowed.

Additional credit card verification is required for bookings where the OTA does not handle guest payments directly. This involves sending a photo of the card used for the booking and confirming a test charge before check-in can be approved. The name on the card must match the name on the reservation.
