Once I arrived, there was no room available when I got to the hotel. Not because they were full; there were no clean rooms. This was around 2 or 3 in the evening. I had to sit in the lobby with my belongings for close to an hour I had to settle for a room that was not clean nor up to par. The bed sheets had dried up blood on them. The facility was filthy and there was violence throughout the night which made me feel very unsafe. I was not pleased at all with but stay there.

This hotel is not at all like the photos in the listing. Carpet ripped up, drug deal in parking lot, paint peeling, lightbulbs missing in hall ways, no staff at front desk, run down part of town. Very scary looking. We cancelled reservation and booked elsewhere.

The room I booked is nothing that the ad promotes. I didn’t have a refrigerator, tv or WiFi. Plus when I got in the room the power went out and almost had someone broke in my room. Not safe at all for nobody not even a dog

The place was ratchet before I even hit the door. The lobby was hot. The elevator doesn't work. Hallways smell and look stale. No TV available, no towels, no tissue, no soap. Bathroom dirty. Floor dirty. But for the price and area, what should I expect?

IT WAS NASTY,,,, NOT CLEAN AT ALL,,, IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN SHUT DOWN WHILE TRYING TO REMODEL!!!! HOLES IN THE WALL,,, WALLS FALLING APART,,, NO BATHROOM DOOR KNOB,,, COCKROACHES IN THE ROOM!!! Rooms have no flooring, no curtains on windows, no TV, no air conditioning, no shower curtains, no toilet tissue or towels. Ceiling was caving in, vanity was separated from the wall, no working plumbing fixtures, snd water leaking on the floor. We immediately left and had to pay for a different motel for the night as this was unsafe and unsanitary.

The property images uploaded to Expedia were not even close to the conditions of the hotel. The room had broken furniture. Stained mattress and a horrible smell. The hotel resembled a crack house and should be avoided by all means. Had a security guard escort us to our rooms with the only working key for the whole hotel. Highly recommend staying anywhere else in Memphis. Do not stay here.
