We went to the breakfast area 5 minutes early not noticing the time so we had to be somewhere at 7:30 so we thought to just grab a quick pastry from some fruit cup of coffee and get on the road and the staff that was working the kitchen on Sunday morning was very rude and startled Us by yelling hey very loudly when we started to get a few of the items that were there and said it was not ready 5 minutes really made all the difference when all we were wanting was something that was already made we didn't have a special request we didn't ask for anything extra so that will be our last time ever staying at that Holiday Inn

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful facility and very helpful and nice staff. Loved staying at a gated facility as this is not the best part of town. Very close to all of Graceland.

This is an excellent Holiday Inn....Excellent General Manager Tina Minor runs a tight ship with a friendly and supporting staff..The rooms are very clean, and the breakfast is among the best I have had in the many Holiday Inns that I have experienced..The bacon especially is sourced high end as is the freshly ground and brewed coffee....Front desk chief, the dapper Tommy Williamson,night cleck Kameron and breakfast manager Michelle take pride in their work and the results create a very enjoyable stay...Book this hotel with confidence!..Shuttle service to airport and Graceland are real perks as well.

the staff was the absolute best. everyone of them I interacted with was so warm, friendly and looking to make my stay pleasurable and comfortable. this is it, stop scrolling and book with them, by the time you factor in free breakfast and free airport shuttle, this is the best buy for your money.
