Great Place to Stay

Great location. It was a short walk to Beale St. Parking was free. Check in was quick. Staff friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Breakfast was fine. It had a cool Memphis motif.

Nice place with wonderful staff

We drove to Memphis to meet up with transport drivers who were delivering our new puppy to us. We came in on Friday night and arrived around 10pm. The man at the check in desk was nice an helpful. The facility was clean, no odors, and was definitely well cared for. We enjoyed our stay. Once our puppy arrived we left early but the stay was enjoyable. If we come back we will stay here again.

We had new E bikes on our vehicle and were concerned about security. Parking lot was gated and brightly lit! We stayed 2 nights . A few blocks from Beale St so walking was easy and no issues. I would stay again.

This was not a good stay and definitely not becoming of a relaxing and peacful environment. This was the noisest hotel I can remember staying in. Stomping loudly on the floor above me, doors slamming all time of night, shower door wouldn't close to keep draft out or water in the shower, the feather pillows were worn out and should have been replaced years ago..Then the roaches were unacceptable and definitely the deal breaker. I was dafraid that some roaches may have gotten in my bags and came home with me. This stay was subpar, I chose this location because my stay at your New Orleans site was remarkable. What a fall from grace for your brand. I honestly feel like I am owed a refund and especially after I discovered roaches got into my luggage and traveled home with me. Thhis was totally unacceptable after i was unpacking and found 3 roaches!!!!!!

The gentleman at the front desk Saturday evening (1/4), started with a C, was amazing. So kind, helpful, understanding, accommodating. Please give him recognition. Little concerned when pulled up with the police car in the parking lot, but hotel was quiet, no issues. Could not hear any activity outside at night. Close to restaurants.

Our stay here was good. Downfalls for me were that every lampshade in the room was broken in some way and the luggage was broken as well. I understand that these things don’t matter in the overall stay, but at $170 for the night, you would these minor things could be fixed promptly.

Great Stay

Good experience great location with in walking distance of Beale Street and lots of great restaurants.Also FedEx Forum is about a 10 minute walk overall great experience nice little breakfast to get you through your day.

Excellent money spent

The staff was nice from the first moment we walked in. It was very clean. It was comfortable. I love the all day coffee service the morning. Breakfast was good. Everything was clean well stocked. The beds were comfortable. The cleanup service was impeccable. I would highly recommend this La Quinta and all La Quinta
