Great place to stay.

Everything thing was great, except they didn’t make our bed when they came to clean. The sign did say that they wouldn’t change our linen but it didn’t say that it wouldn’t make the bed. Great breakfast! And I liked the fresh baked cookies that were offered each morning. Also, the male staff member would make waffles in the back and bring them out to you if the line was long for the waffle machine. It was awesome! The rooms are very nice. I like the two televisions! I would definitely stay stay there again.

The room was spacious and clean. Customer service was very friendly and fixed any issues they might arouse. The room was also fully stocked. The swimming pool was really cold; we had to ask for them to turn the heat on in the pool, but the pool is heated indoors. I did not care for the breakfast the first day; the second day was a little better. I didn't like the entrance, and the exit being at the same gate, it was very narrow, tight, and dangerous. They need to have one gate for entrance and the other for exit. If you fix that side and get it operational, then you good with that issue.

Nice hotel

This was a pretty good hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a decent location, wasn’t too far away from the main attraction stuff. Very affordable.

Wouldn’t book again

Checked in. Told me I reserved the wrong room. Apparently it was a room with wheelchair access. They asked if I could take a room with one bed, and I said no, bc I have 3 people. I said I just picked a 2 bed, didn’t realize it was a special room. Now, it is 10 pm at night when we’re checking in. Asks me if I have something that proves I have a disability. At this point, I’m like what? I just told you I just picked a room with 2 beds. Acted like he no other rooms. I was like it’s almost 1030, let’s just do this. He reluctantly lets us keep the room. Get to the room and my son goes into the bathroom only to be standing in straight standing water with a continuous pour of water coming out of the vent. Look in the bathtub, it’s plugged and has water in it for who knows how long. My mom lets them know. They come and look and obviously can’t fix, so she said we had to move room and magically they have a room with a double bed that’s not wheel chair accessible. Then why not offer that room to begin with and not give me a hard time at check in. Be better at customer service. Hotel has been renovated. My new room was not all the way done. It’s like they did everything but the bathroom and the bathroom looked old. Next morning they definitely weren’t prepared to serve breakfast to everyone that was there. Same 2 people working. Guessing the owners in sweats and looking disheveled and then asked me to leave a review. Sure. Do better.

Good Hotel for the Price

The hotel was nice and newer. I liked some of the decorations. They have you fill out this paper with all these rules. I felt it was a tad extreme to be told that my hubby couldn't even smoke in our car. The hotel being non-smoking isn't an issue since we normally choose that anyways. The pic of the room when booking was a bit deceptive since it shows like a living room or sitting area. However, when we got to the room it was a very specious room but the sitting area only had a chair. I didn't complain or say anything. The breakfast has a decent selection of food. Just keep in mind that it's not a 5 star restaurant. Our last night there, people above us were so loud that my hubby had to call down to the desk to complain. It took 30 mins or more for it to quiet down. Overall, it wasn't bad. We would consider staying there again the next time we're in Memphis.
