Recent visit

The door gave us trouble opening with phone. Had to call for assistance. The parking at night is awful as the parking lot was full both nights. The carpet in the hallways is super thick which makes it hard to roll your suitcase and or luggage cart.

Accountability

Had a great stay until we realized the toilet water lines had leaked through the wall, onto the floor beside our bed, and soaked one of our bags filled with clothes and personal items. Staff did not seem concerned about the inconvenience, even when asked if something could be done about it.

Check in was a gong show and 1 of our rooms had trouble with the door code but the rooms , beds , cleanliness, decor, staff , bar and meals were excellent !! They just have to work out a few bugs with their check in service. Elderly people could not accomplish it!
