Welcome to our charming 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom duplex, perfect for up to 10 guests. Located in Midtown, you'll have easy access to Memphis' top attractions. Ideal for families, friends, and pets (with a fee). We've included both professional photos and real-time images from our cleaning team, so you know exactly what to expect. Guests will enter the door labeled Unit A using a digital keypad. A cozy front porch with a swing will be seen. Once you step inside, you will see a living room with a queen sofa bed. Down the hall, you will reach the dining room and bedroom 1 with a double bed. The kitchen is on the left side same as the half bathroom and a laundry room. Upstairs are the remaining two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed while Bedroom 3 has 2 double beds. Interested in more space? Please inquire about renting the other half of our duplex! **Please note: you will have full and private access to your unit, but the driveway, yard, and porch are shared with the other half of the duplex.**
