The Sunset Trace Bungalow is your home away from home in Memphis! Our home can sleep up to 10 guests in this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home! Here, you can enjoy a spacious living room, full kitchen, and open patio in a fenced-in backyard! We're located about 10 mins from the Memphis Raceway, 15 mins to 1-40 and 20 mins to downtown and Shelby Farms Park! We would love to host you! The Sunset Trace Bungalow is your home away from home in Memphis!\

Guests will enter the home through the front door with a digital door code. Once inside, you'll be in a spacious living room with a queen sleeper sofa, large Smart TV, and extra seating. The dining room is just off the front door on the right, where you'll find a large table with bench seating so everyone can hang out together! Just past the dining room is the fully-equipped kitchen where you'll find everything you need to cook a full meal. The hallway off the living room will take you to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The first bedroom has a full bed and there are two full beds in the second bedroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed and an oversized ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a double sink vanity. The backyard is fenced-in and features a patio table with four chairs and a charcoal grill!
