Property had lots of potential but the photos are not of the property that I was put into, which was kind of scary and upsetting at check in. The photos were of a completely different unit and bed sizes listed were not correct (not 2 king beds in our unit), and there were lots of issues with the cleanliness of the unit and lack of communication. With a deep clean, new photos, and better communication from the host, the property would be fine. We had no check in or check out instructions and it took a while to get the wifi info. When we checked out we cleaned as we would for most properties but had no info on where to put trash, dirty towels, sheets, etc. Hopefully the owners will update the info for any future renters as the property location and setup are good for Memphis.
