The staff was very courteous. The room was clean and the bedding was very comfortable. Although my reason for staying here was to have a staycation and just relax in my room, the location of this property is great and very close to downtown attractions.

We did not eat breakfast The parking garage attached to the hotel which was recommended by the hotel was a huge ripoff. We paid for three days and it did not work going in or out. Plus they double billed us and will not give us a refund. Huge disappointment!!!

This was our first trip to Memphis and we were very pleased with this hotel and location. Nicely appointed room and the staff were very friendly and helpful with all our questions. Great walking distance to many restaurants and bars and the hotel bar was great just needs to be open later. Liked the complimentary use of the umbrella when it was raining.

There wasn’t anyone at the front desk when we arrived. We waited several minutes for someone to show up to check us in. The bar was closed (Monday night). The bathroom in our room smelled of marijuania and there were no bottled waters in the room. Very nice hotel. We have stayed here several times in the past and were very well pleased. It seemed to be under new management. I did not see any of the people that I have met in previous stays. Not bad but not what we have been accustomed to in the past stays.
