Villa Rosalia is a stunning residence located in Menaggio, in the heart of Lake Como. This elegant luxury villa offers a refined atmosphere and all the comforts for an exclusive stay. With a large terrace, a furnished courtyard, and a private pool, it is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the breathtaking lake views.

The villa can accommodate up to 10 guests and features 5 bedrooms: 4 double rooms and 1 with two single beds. It includes two spacious living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a study room, and 4 full bathrooms with showers, one of which also has a bathtub. The villa is equipped with heating, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi.
