It is a new building, just 5 minutes by car from the centre of Menaggio; where you will find all the essential services: supermarket, bakery, pastry shop, ATM, main square, ferry station and bus station.
Stella's Splendor has a beautiful private pool from where you can enjoy a stunning lake view. The garden is equipped with sun loungers, chairs and tables for your outdoor meals, or aperitifs.
You will not have to worry about parking thanks to the covered garage inside the villa itself, reachable by elevator directly from the living room or from the lower floor.
The villa is tastefully furnished, with modern and functional furniture that matches perfectly with the colors of Lake Como. The rooms are very bright, with large windows that allow you to enjoy the natural light and the panoramic view. All rooms have air conditioning and heating.
The kitchen, fully equipped, is large and designed for large families; it has everything you need to prepare meals at home and to enjoy them in the large dining room table or in the modern kitchen island.
The living room is cosy, with a large and comfortable sofa from which you can always enjoy the lake view. Here you will find a large tv, wifi router and board games.
Upstairs there is a comfortable service bathroom located near the kitchen and living room.
Sleeping areas are located on both the upper and lower floors. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom equipped with a large shower.
The upstairs bedroom is very spacious, has a comfortable double bed, an en-suite bathroom and a large and functional walk-in closet. Also upstairs you will find a second bedroom with a large double bed and an adjoining full bathroom.
On the lower floor there are three other bedrooms. The first and second bedrooms have two single sommier beds which, on request, can be joined together to form a double bed. While the third bedroom has a comfortable double bed. Each of these three rooms are equipped with an en-suite bathroom.
