Sunny private yard and deck, well equipped kitchen, wood burning stove and propane heat, claw foot soaking tub, wireless internet, dedicated work space, plenty of outside space including vegetable gardens and fruit trees. Easy 15 minute walk down the hill to Mendocino village, slightly more strenuous walk back up the hill! Service animals welcome with notice. Please message owner with questions about minimum stays, listed as 30 day minimum and intended for longer rentals for traveling professionals and healthcare workers but some shorter terms are possible.
