Great location and customer service

This hotel was in a convenient location and was very clean. The customer service at reception was excellent both during check in and in helping arrange a taxi. I would stay here again if in Mendoza.

Walkable location for good resturants

The location is just about perfect for those whose priority is walk ability for good restaurants. The a/c was hit and miss. The bed was fine and the pillows were good.

The breakfast was awful!! To go tho the pool you have to go to a near by private house to use their pool. Is not inside the hotel. To enter the pool is through the garage of this house. The room was super small. They don't have an iron in the room. They have laundry service but is not 24hours. We didn't like it.

La señora que está en la recepción en las mañanas es muy amable, además habla un perfecto alemán. La señora de la reserva no fue precisa con mi pedido de check-out late, acordamos un precio, el 50% de la tarifa, ella tenía una tarifa superior a la que yo pagué. Ella se percató de eso pues fui bien claro al escribirle que aceptaba pagar los 20 dólares americanos, pero no tuvo la buena voluntad de aclárame que ella quería el 50 % de una tarifa más alta, y quizá por desidia o por cobrarme más, y solo me percaté cuando llegué al hotel. Si esta señora hubiese sido honesta y aclaraba antes de mi llegada, no me hubiese hospedado en el Hotel Crillón, porque Mendoza tiene una gran variedad de buenos hoteles para elegir. Con su proceder derriba lo bueno que puede ser este hotel.

Fue una buena experiencia, las habitaciones dan al aire luz, el baño es antiguo. La piscina está en una casa frente al hotel , es excelente , agua cristalina y bien cuidada. El desayuno normal, podrían mejorar la pastelería y agregar huevos revueltos. Muy buena atención de todo el personal y la limpieza gral impecable. Precio calidad muy bueno. Muy bien ubicado, no usamos el auto en los 2 días, se puede recorrer todo el centro y Arístides caminando.

Banheiro escuro. A tábua do vaso sanitário era inadequada. Sempre saía do lugar. Muito poucas tomadas: as duas únicas que existiam estavam em locais inapropriados, distante da cabeceira , o q dificultava o carregamento do celular etc. Café da manhã fraco.
