Structure consisting of two apartments with separate and independent entrances. Newly renovated ground floor apartment consisting of 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen-dining room with double sofa bed, on request also a camping cot. While the Studio is on the basement floor and consists of: an open space with living area with kitchen table, chairs and sofa and a sleeping area with double bed and finally a complete bathroom with shower. The rooms are very spacious and bright, equipped with all comforts: air conditioning / heat pump, washing machine, TV, free unlimited wifi, drying rack for linen, ironing board, iron, hair dryer, equipped with sheets, towels, kitchen linen, complete with all the necessary crockery. Located a few meters from the historic center, and 5 km from the most beautiful beaches such as Porto palo, Fiori, Cipollazzo and Bertolino.
