Villino di nuova costruzione in zona Torre a Porto Palo di Menfi, Bandiera Blu nel 1992 e dal 1998 ininterrottamente per 28 anni, unica località a potersi fregiare di questo prestigioso riconoscimento in Sicilia Occidentale.
E' orientato est/ovest con possibilità di godere sia dell'alba che del tramonto ed ha veduta panoramica sulla baia, sulla Riserva Naturale Orientata del Belìce e sulla spiaggia delle Solette.
É in posizione tranquilla e circondata per due lati da due boschetti.

La casa è composta da due camere da letto (una matrimoniale e una doppia con letto a castello), bagno con doccia, disimpegno attrezzato, corridoio, cucina abitabile corredata di divano e con veduta panoramica, terrazzo con copertura in legno, terrazza solarium attrezzata da lettini e area relax, ampio spazio esterno lastricato ombreggiato anche da un grande ombrellone e possibilità di approfittare del barbecue per serate all'aperto.

Gli infissi sono corredati da zanzariere.

È fornita di climatizzatori, frigo con freezer, TV a schermo piatto, piastra a induzione da 4 fuochi, forno elettrico, lavastoviglie, scaldabagno e connessione Wi-Fi gratuita.

Tutte le nostre strutture sono pulite a fondo dal nostro personale ad ogni cambio ospiti.

Noi forniamo la biancheria da letto, bagno, cucina oltre ovviamente le pentole, gli utensili e altro adatti per la piastra ad induzione e non solo.
