Amenities were nice. Apartment was nice but there were some issues: can opener did not work, bought a new one and left it behind for other guests, same with the scissors in the knife block, handle snapped completely off, bought a new one and left it. The dryer stained all of our whites and light colored clothes. One white shirt looks like camo now. I don’t suggest having packages mailed to there, you will get a notification that it was delivered with a photo of its exact location, 20 minutes later you go down to grab it and it’s nowhere in sight. They have people that come in to organize the room and they will put it in a locker without telling you until you message them several times and even then you get the wrong code or a package that’s not even yours. And I STILL have a package that’s missing. Communication needs an upgrade.
