Charming villa with character, spacious and peaceful. Located 150 meters away from the Lake of Annecy and 300 metres away from the shops and the village of Menthon Saint-Bernard. Activities at 5 minutes walking: beach, sailing, diving, tennis court, water skiing and golf. The village of Menthon is perfectly located to visit the Haute-Savoie region. Splendid hikes can be enjoyed in the mountains. Ski resorts of La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand are at approximately 20 min away by car. Beautiful 6000 m² tree park. The house is very well equipped as it is a main residence. Perfect rental for large families with children. The large terrace out looking over the park is particularly comfortable.
