Rainy days call for lounging in the sunroom! A large wood burning fireplace makes it the place to be almost any time of year. When one fireplace is not enough, there's a second wood burning fireplace in the open floor plan living/kitchen area. A large kitchen island gives you plenty of space for cooking, playing games and making memories. A split bedroom design offers three bedrooms with ensuite main bedroom and two additional bedrooms with jack-n-jill bathroom with two sink areas.
