This holiday park is nestled amidst three stunning natural areas: the Mantingerzand, known for its shifting sands and grazing Scottish Highland cows; the Geeserstroomgebied, a unique and picturesque landscape; and the juniper-filled Mantingerzand. The park gets its name from a Bronze Age relic, the "Bronze Bucket," discovered in Meppen’s Es fields, showcasing the region’s historical allure. Adjacent to the charming village of Meppen, known for its traditional thatched-roof farms and majestic oak trees, this location offers tranquility and lush greenery.

The holiday park features beautiful detached Finnish bungalows at the forest's edge. These bungalows come with sunny south-facing verandas, large private gardens with outdoor furniture, and a peaceful setting, offering privacy while keeping the park's extensive amenities nearby.
Park Amenities:Leisure and Sports: Indoor swimming pool (28°C), baby pool with higher temperatures, sports fields, beach volleyball, all-weather tennis court, boules, and trampoline.Recreation: A spacious recreation room with table tennis, darts, air hockey, foosball, a large screen for movies and sports, and grazing deer nearby.Outdoor Activities: Sand drifts, playgrounds, and bicycle rental for exploring the area.Dining and Convenience: The restaurant is only open during the high season (i.e., May holidays, Ascension/Pentecost, and the summer holidays). We offer a bread roll service from Easter through the autumn holidays. A car wash is also available for added convenience.
In warm weather, the pool’s sliding glass doors open onto a sunny lawn, perfect for relaxation. During winter, the bungalows provide a cozy retreat for families and friends, and if it snows, cross-country skiing through the scenic Mepperdennen forest is a memorable experience.
The indoor pool and baby pool are available from late April to the end of September, ensuring plenty of opportunities to unwind. Whether you’re looking for an active holiday or a serene getaway, this park offers something for everyone!

The bungalow features a spacious living area with a dining section, bar, and an open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a complete inventory, including a dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, and kettle. It is fully furnished and equipped with modern amenities, including a radio/CD player, TV with cable, and a DVD player. Inside, there are three bedrooms: two smaller rooms with bunk beds and a master bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom includes a shower, sink, and toilet. Additionally, there’s a storage room offering extra space for your belongings. For year-round comfort, the bungalow is equipped with hot air heating. Parking is available right next to the bungalow.

From April to September, guests can enjoy the large indoor pool (10 x 20 meters), with soothing 28°C water ideal for unwinding. Children will delight in the pool’s play equipment, ensuring hours of fun.During the May, Ascension, and Pentecost holidays, as well as peak season, a dedicated recreation team organizes activities for all ages. Highlights include lantern parades, campfires, arts and crafts for children, sports events for adults, kids’ discos, ghost tours, and more—guaranteeing fun for the whole family.Outdoor enthusiasts will love exploring the surrounding area. Horseback riders can visit the nearby riding school with indoor and outdoor arenas or ride through the Mantingerzand nature reserve.
