Everything is elegantly furnished, it has a living room with climatisation, sofa that becomes double bed, sat TV and dining table for 8 people. You will enjoy a beautiful view of the center of Mergozzo. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances and has a dining table for 4 people. The bedrooms are 3, two with double bed and the other with twin beds. The bathrooms are two, both with shower. Near the entrance of the apartment a washing machine iis available for guests in common with another apartment. Guests at OLEANDRO 2 can use the large and new swimming pool equipped with tables, chairs, beach umbrellas, sun loungers and outdoor shower. Near the pool there is a playing area with beach volley, beach tennis, ping pong table and childrens' games. clients can also have lunch and dinner on the pool. Inside the property closed by a gate two parking spaces are at disposal for guests. In just two minutes walkiing you can reach the longlake of Mergozzo with its bars and restaurants. In Mergozzo clients can also rent bikes. Pool opened from 15.05 till 04.10. Lift usable only for carrying luggage. Baby chair and baby bed available on request. Small pets allowed, Euro 20 per week.
