The entire house has reverse osmosis purified water: safe and drinkable, even in the showers, sinks, and even the pool!

The house also has a gas generator for backup electricity, WiFi throughout, mosquito nets, a patio with a table and umbrella, and gated parking (not covered).

The house is completely private and for the exclusive use of guests, ensuring a peaceful, comfortable, and uninterrupted stay. Guests can enjoy every space, including the pool, rooftop, patio, and every corner of the property, with complete privacy.
Other highlights
All guests will receive a starter kit of supplies such as toilet paper, napkins, body wash, etc. Unlike hotels with daily housekeeping services, we are unable to replenish supplies beyond the items offered in the starter kit during a stay.
The property is located near many major retailers, so please feel free to purchase any additional supplies you think you might need during your stay beyond what is included in the starter kit.

As a guest of this villa, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. This villa also features a water dispenser and a living plant wall. The front desk is open around the clock.
