First room assignment was very moody smelling. Second room was clean but pretty stark. Hall’s still felt kind of musty. Coffee packet was only given on the first day, even though we stayed six kind of cheap feeling.

Arrived too early and was told I couldn’t check in till 3. Paid to have my luggage kept till checkin. Then when I came back at 3 was told that it would be a while yet as my room wasn’t ready. Finally got checked in at 3:25. Went to the restaurant for dinner and was told it didn’t open till 7 so, again I waited. After arriving I then waited just about 20 minutes to get served. I was the only one in the restaurant. Service was very slow. Ordered a fajita which came as a sandwich with a few fries. That and a small flan cost over $35.00 not including tip. Felt it was not worth it. Disappointed and would probably not stay here again.

Refrigerator in room 1010 was barely cold.. 30% of front desk staff was friendly the other 70% are ‘efficient, too serious and barely accommodating to request made by a colleague. The evening staff (older woman) was kind, efficient and friendly.

Nice spacious room and very clean. Quiet at night but noisy during the day. If you want to use the coffee maker in your room you to buy each the coffee from the maids...just saying. AC functions well. Lovely pool which is open until 11PM but during day time there is no shade.
