Just cares about money, not the customer experience. You would think a studio home would allow pets. No eceptions for small dogs. All dog kennels were closed. I arrived 1hour before check in, emailed 3 hours before check in to cancel or modify the dates. They could care less, they had ample time to fill the second night, as it was New Years eve. Avoid unless absolutely sure you need to stay.

Los anfitriones muy amables!, seguro volveré, me encantó el lugar, está muy limpio, acogedor, de excelente precio y muy céntrico. Sobre todo la atención, tuve un dolor de muelas a la 1 AM y Mat (la responsable), se paró a ayudarme y darme lo necesario para el dolor, muy linda!, altamente recomendable! 🤗🤗🤗
