I will start with the good - the staff was very kind and every time I asked for something or addressed a concern, they were responsive and genuinely seemed to care about what I was saying and they wanted to fix it. The pictures on Expedia oversell the property. The pool is very small and no one used it; it was clean but it was not really suitable to use. The breakfast is painfully limited and it is enough for you to get out in the morning and quickly find something else to eat at an early lunch. The room was just ok - the top cover was somewhat dingy and there was no hot water - they said run it for 20 minutes for the boiler to get active but the water never got hot. It only got almost warm; it was just still cool but enough to take a shower. There was a HUGE roach/water bug in the room which basically left us concerned that we couldn't have anything on the floor like luggage, shoes, etc. There was no fridge in our room - you had to get the suite for that. No ice on premises. We did have a nice-sized TV with Netflix and we watched English-language programming on that. The cleaning staff throws away things in the room that are not in the trash can - I guess because they determined it was trash but if I don't put it in one of the two trash cans in the room then do not touch it. I didn't like that and I told the front desk to ask them to not throw away anything that wasn't in the trash can but that did not work. The desk is open 24-hours so that's helpful if you needed things.
